NOVATEC Virtual Trade Show Online Introduces new products

Novatec Uses Virtual Trade Show Online Videos to Inform Processors About New Products, Services and Energy-Saving Opportunities

BALTIMORE, MD, U.S.A., June 22, 2009― Novatec announced today that their Virtual Trade Show Online is a reality on their newly designed website. When announcing that they would not participate in NPE2009, Novatec promised to invest more resources into products and services that would better serve their customer base than a 5-day trade show.


The Virtual Trade Show Online is initially being used to present quality videos of Novatec’s patented PowerGuard Dryer Series, which would have displayed at NPE2009 if Novatec had exhibited. The PowerGuard Products promise to save processors thousands, even tens of thousands of dollars per month in energy costs. Reducing energy costs is one of the last important ways that processors can reduce their processing cost/pound so these products are timely.


Conrad Bessemer, President & CEO of NOVATEC, Inc. says, “We recognize that the future for plastics processors is all about saving energy and one of the best places to reduce energy costs is by replacing those old energy-hog dryers with new energy-efficient dryers. The new website also includes pdf’s of all the data sheets displayed in their 200 page Product Selection Guide published in May 2009 as well as a “How To” section on Drying and Conveying to help processors utilize products and methods that help reduce energy costs.


Novatec expects to continue growing the Virtual Trade Show Online to show the energy-saving advantages of Central Drying & Conveying Systems and other processor-driven areas of interest.
