Mark Haynie is Vice President of Moisture & Drying Technologies at Novatec and has spent more than 40 years designing and installing resin drying systems in thousands of plastics plants. He leads Novatec’s drying technology group, including its work in moisture measurement and predictive drying, and serves as the technical reviewer for drying articles in the Novatec Knowledge Center. Mark has authored numerous technical articles and white papers on resin drying and moisture control and answers processors’ drying questions through Novatec’s Ask the Expert program.

About Greg
Greg Washburn is Vice President of Operations at Novatec and has been with the company for more than three decades. He is involved in all phases of engineering design and product manufacturing, giving him a broad perspective on how resin drying and conveying equipment moves from engineering concept through production and into real-world processing environments. Greg holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland. His experience spans engineering, manufacturing and operations across Novatec’s material-handling technologies.

Timothy Noggle is Senior Vice President of Sales at Novatec, Inc., where he works with plastics processors across resin drying, blending, conveying and downstream extrusion applications. He has worked in the plastics industry since 1994 and joined Novatec in 2006. Earlier in his career, Tim held engineering roles with Guardian Automotive Products, Lear Corporation and Infiltrator Systems, as well as product management and sales roles with extrusion blow molding machinery manufacturer Graham Engineering. A U.S. Army veteran, Tim holds a B.S. from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Tiffin University.

Joshua Belisle is Technology Manager at Novatec, with a focus on simulation and advanced engineering tools used to better understand the science of resin drying. Since joining Novatec in 2023, he has applied new simulation capabilities to investigate aspects of the drying process that were previously difficult to measure directly, helping turn complex process behavior into useful engineering insight.
